Important Notice: Before returning any item you will need to obtain a RA (return authorization) number which must be included with the returned item, whether the item is for a refund or replacement. We cannot process your return without this number.
Returning an Order:
Our merchandise is designed to provide years of enjoyment and your satisfaction is important to us. Should you for any reason find that you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@naturesphotoshots.com and we can arrange for a free replacement, or provide instructions on returning your order for a refund.
Replacing an Order:
Merchandise with defects or shipping damage will be reprinted and reshipped at no charge. If your order was damaged in transit, you may need to retain the damaged item for inspection by the shipping carrier. If you are unhappy with the merchandise you ordered, (for example, a problem with print quality or frame) we can provide product credits thereby allowing you to place a new order, thus correcting the problem.
Obtaining a Refund:
In order to be eligible for a full refund, merchandise must be returned within 30 days in new condition. Shipping charges on the original order will be refunded in the event of faulty merchandise but we are unable to issue refunds for return shipping charges. Please allow two to four weeks once we receive your returned item for your refund to be processed.
